How long can I stay in the sun at UV 7?

Sea level, on land, UV held at 7. Sunscreen is counted the way most people apply it (about half the tested amount, roughly the square root of the SPF). Whatever the table says, reapply at least every 2 hours. Snow, sand and water reflect UV and shorten these times. Not medical advice.
